
Things to Know Before Your Stay
Each reservation is important to us. There is no charge to change reservation dates. Cancel a minimum of 3-days prior to arrival to receive a refund of deposit, less a $10 processing fee for daily/weekly or a $25 fee for monthly. Cancellations within 3-days forfeit deposit. Group reservations require a 14-day cancellation notice to qualify for refund of deposit(s). NO refunds for "no shows" or early departures.
Pets welcome! Pets must have current vaccinations, be leashed at all times, be picked up after, and may not be left outside unattended. Some dog breeds are not permitted at all, such as Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Doberman, or mix breeds of these mentioned breeds etc. Contact us for full list. No pets are permitted in restrooms or pool area. Any Guest may be asked to leave and their stay revoked without refund for violations of our pet policies or if pets that are permitted are shown to be aggressive or a nuisance during their stay.
1. Site cost includes one RV, one vehicle, 2 adults, and children 12 & under. Any items/persons over that will be an added cost. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at vehicle owner's expense.
2. All vehicles must be legal & operable and Mission City RV parking tag must be displayed in noticeable area. No major repairs or washing vehicles on site unless you hire a service provider that will bring their own water supply.

4. Keep your site neat & free of debris. Dumpsters are provided for household trash only - no large or bulky items.
5. Water hoses, sewer hoses, & electric cords/plugs must be in safe operable condition. Sewer hose cradles are required for long term stays.
6. Restrooms are provided for our guests only. Please inform us if attention is needed.
7. Quiet time is 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Loud music or disruptive behavior is never allowed.
8. Guest is financially responsible for damages to Park facilities. Do not drive through empty sites. Laws on public roads apply to park roads. Speed Limit is 5 MPH.
9. Guest agrees that Mission City RV Park is not responsible for Electrical issues, and it is HIGHLY recommended that a surge protector is used at all times while hooked up to utilities.
10. Shade Canopies are provided on some sites. Guest is responsible for any damages they cause to the canopies or the posts holding them. Guests are NOT permitted to decorate, post, hang or otherwise use the canopies for any personal or decorative items, even temporarily. Children and adults are prohibited from climbing up or onto the canopies for any reason. Guest must keep children from throwing toys or other items up onto the canopies. Management reserves the right to enforce this as they deem necessary, including asking guest to move to a site without a canopy with no refund issued if there is a difference in pricing.
11. Electric Vehicle charging: We will charge per day for any guest that plugs in an electric vehicle in addition to their daily site rent. The current charge is $25.00 per day.

At Mission City RV Park, we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our guests. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
🔐 Credit Card Information
All credit card data collected is securely encrypted.
Only the last four digits of the card number are visible after initial collection for verification purposes. Executive Manager, Jackie Rodriguez is the only person with security clearance to view the entire number if needed to verify charges and reconcile payment reports or resolve issues with the merchant companies.
Credit card information is automatically removed from the reservation system after 45 days of check out. Card info is kept for that period of time to ensure refunds and final charges are clear before deleting.
👤 Personal Information
We collect personal information such as name, contact details, and identification for the purpose of reservations, communication, and guest safety. This information is:
Never sold, rented, or shared with third-party companies for marketing or commercial purposes.
Only shared with an accredited background check provider, National Tenant Network, to ensure the safety and integrity of our community.
Only stored on secure server with accredited reservation software, RESNEXUS, and for long term stays, in a locked file cabinet during stay.

Background checks are conducted through National Tenant Network, a trusted and accredited provider.
Reports are used solely for internal screening and are not disclosed to any other parties.
🧍 Guest Privacy Commitment
We respect and value your right to privacy. That means:
We will never distribute your personal information without your consent.
We maintain strict internal controls and data protection protocols to prevent unauthorized access.
We require all staff members to comply with security protocols and maintain privacy of guest information. Former staff members have no access to any information.
